Effective teaching is more agreeable to the international community as a teaching philosophy, which conforms to the requirements of quality education. Teaching and Learning Mathematics effective combination of teaching high school mathematics is the basic concept of the new curriculum guidance for the realization of high school mathematics curriculum objectives, through effective teaching strategies to promote student learning and lifelong development of mathematics, is to obtain a positive teaching effectiveness, good mathematics teaching effectiveness and efficiency of higher education as a comprehensive reflection of the characteristics of teachers and students activities.This paper on the new curriculum, a high school mathematics for effective teaching using graphics were discussed. Paper includes four chapters. The first chapter's account of the background themes to explain the importance of this study theoretical and practical significance, through the "effective teaching" and "graphics teaching" of the two concepts have been defined, derived their own thinking. The second chapter is literature review, the main types of domestic and foreign effective teaching and learning and use of graphics to sort out the research literature analysis, the starting point to explore the topic, combined with his own rational thinking, the theoretical basis of this article. The third chapter is the graphics at this stage of teaching high school mathematics, mainly from the block diagram of a typical graphics, The Combination, sports figure four aspects. Chapter IV is a graphical teaching effectiveness research, teaching from the graphic characteristics, objectives, effectiveness analysis and research principles and, finally, some suggestions of graphics teaching, teaching in high school for the current inefficient ineffective teaching the various phenomena effective use ofgraphics research and teaching.From the effective teaching of the theory and practice of teaching graphics to explore two aspects of the study, with some theoretical and practical significance.
