Higher mathematics has played a great role as a instrumental discipline in all walks of life.As a link of elementary mathematics,junior middle school mathematics undertakes the function of imparting basic knowledge and cultivating mathematical literacy to prepare for learning higher mathematics,while cultivating mathematical literacy is based on solid knowledge mastery.Therefore,in junior high school,mathematics teachers need to complete knowledge teaching efficiently and effectively to achieve effective teaching.Both theorists and front-line teachers are exploring ideal strategies to achieve effective teaching.In this process,we should find out the theoretical orientation of effective teaching,and combine the actual situation of our education,find out the key behavior from many effective teaching behaviors,so as to construct practical and effective teaching strategies.In the first part of the paper,the theoretical basis of effective teaching is discussed in detail,and the characteristics of junior middle school mathematics subject,textbook and junior middle school students'mathematics cognition,mathematics emotion and mathematics ability are introduced.Then,according to the function stage of effective teaching,the effective teaching function is divided into four stages:recognition,reflection,action and persistence,in order to identify students who are being taught effectively.In the second part of the paper,the characteristics of teachers in each stage of effective teaching are analyzed in detail from two aspects of teaching behavior and personality charm,and the corresponding effective teaching behavior is obtained.In the third part of the paper,the process of questionnaire survey is introduced,and the data are analyzed from different angles,such as teachers and students,to control their influence on students'filling in questionnaires,and effective teaching behaviors commonly used and not commonly used by teachers are obtained.After screening out the data of students who are greatly affected by effective teaching,nine key effective teaching behaviors are summarized.In the fifth part of the paper,by summarizing the key effective teaching behavior and combining with the actual situation of our country,four effective teaching strategies are obtained,which are to improve the professional quality of teachers,to increase the exhibition of students'ability,to highlight the difficulties of classroom teaching and to strengthen the assistant teaching behavior after class,and to put forward specific implementation suggestions.
