Since the "full-time language courses compulsory standards (trial version) ", emphasizing that "using the expectance of reading, reading critical and reflective reading to develop students'ability of creative reading", study and practice of teaching reading revealed a new state. More and more scholars researched the concept of creative reading, characteristics, theoretical basis from different point of view. Many teachers also made bold attempts, students have the right to express their position, phenomenon of "knowledge indoctrination" appears less than before. However, we should also clearly understand that, comparing to other similar areas of studies, the theory of creative reading are still in the initial stage, there are many vague, open to question issues. In practice, there have been various problems, such as some long-standing tradition of reading teachers, the impact of teaching methods, unwilling or unable to spend time and effort.to try innovative teaching of reading, and some teachers are on the go too far, constantly stressing the students challenge, create, resulting in the internal regulations of the text itself, the destruction of the leading teachers did not get full play. Thus, we must calm the field'of language teaching to examine these practical.problems, and "creative teaching of reading," re-understanding, re-shaping the teachers,students and texts position, so that they can grasp the right degree of create in reading.This papers began from the current situation of current language teaching in middle schools, according to the author's interviews, surveys we summarized that the creative teaching of reading problems exist in both, "Insufficient to create" and "Creation of excessive", "Insufficient to create" generally refers to the phenomenon that teachers and students failed to give full play of their creative potential, the text creative space is not be fully developed; "Creation of excessive" refers to the phenomenon that students abuse their create right, to play down the dominant position of teachers, the text create space is over-exploited. Meanwhile, the first part of this article described the subjective factors respectively from the teachers and students. By analyzing the summary, I found, whether it is "insufficient to create" or "creation of excessive", largely because teachers and students didn't know the characteristics, processes of creative reading, lack of clear understanding about the rules. Therefore, in the second part of the article, I described the substance of creative reading around two core concepts, "creation" and "read" in detail. The third part of this article is based on the first part of the two problems, made a detailed analysis of all the complex relationships between the creative reading. Because T believe that the teaching activities of "create out of control" is in a great extent because teachers and students do not know their own role in the teaching activities, the create space of texts, and also because of their inherent lack of clear qualitative understanding of the nature of language courses, the lack of accurate grasp of law. My describe about the relationship between each of the them, may help some of the teachers and students addressing the confusion. In the last part of this article, my own insights and ideas are summarized in three aspects:teachers have to improve their creative literacy, help the students to grasp the "degree" of text explaining, the methods of creative teaching. In order to provide some solutions of "Insufficient to create" and "Creation of excessive" problems.
