With the continuous improvement of the requirements of teachers'professional competence that education needs, the types of teacher training is also increasing. At present, school-based training has become a very important channel of teacher professional development with its unique advantages as a way of teacher training. It is teachers that school-based training mainly points to, and teachers play many roles in it, such as the object of school-based training, participants and beneficiaries. As the people with subjectivity, only to play the main value in practice can they make the practice activities into effect. Therefore, the effectiveness of school-based training can't go without the respect for teachers and their subjectivity knowledge in teacher training. In this sense, the status of teachers'subjectivity in school-based teacher training is worth studying.Through a case of a school in Beijing, the article observed the scene through in-depth research, interviews, text analysis and other methods. And it has made an investigation and research on the situation of the teachers in the school-based training, demonstrating the subjectivity of teachers'performances from the full focus on the training, the normal teaching and research, individual learning of teachers. With the summary of the characteristics of the subjectivity from a philosophical level, the article looks forward to justifying the teachers' principal roles in the school-based teacher training and giving useful references for the development of the school-based teacher training.The results show that the teachers'subjectivity in the school-based training has been played greatly. Based on the philosophy, the article suggests, the subjectivity is displayed in two aspects, one is the awakening of self-awareness of teachers, the other is the embodiment of the intersubjective of teachers, and it has the characteristics of reflective, creative, open and so on. The article proposes further the factors that affect teachers'subjectivity in the school-based teacher training——the leading of principals and cadres, the effective use of borrowed resources, a relaxing atmosphere of research.
