Since the 1960s, many western developed countries put forward "teachers specialization" as the direction of teacher professional development. The development of teachers' specializ- ation has become the important global teacher professional development trend. In this grand background, the subjectivity research on teachers is not only the inevitable requirement of teachers' professional development but also is the breakthrough of further subjectivity education research.This paper mainly adopts literature, observation, and interviews.It comprehensively combes the related theory of teacher's subjectivity, and analyses the lack of teachers' subjectivity education, combining with performance and cause in the realistic education. combining the development of teachers' specialization, this paper comes up with some practical construction strategy of subjectivity.This paper is divided into six parts:Part one: introduction. Mainly expounds the reasons and significance, related subject research reviews and the research methods and related concept definitionPart two: the connotation and characteristic of teacher's subjectivity. It describes in detail the subjectivity of the connotation and specific features.Part three: Thetheoretical basis of teacher's subjectivity research. It bases on Habermas's communicative action theory, education theory for lifelong and teachers' professional development theory, trying to explore the theoretical basis of teacher's subjectivity.Part four: The lack of teachers' subjectivity middle school education. Through the analysis of the teacher's subjectivity in curriculum decision-making, course design, the flaw in the classroom teaching, the flaw in the school management, the flaw in scientific research, the flaw in the training education, and on those basis, it analyzes some reasons.Part five: advancing the development strategy of teacher's subjectivity. Based on the lack of teacher's subjectivity performance and reason analysis, it talks about construction strategy from five aspects of teacher's subjectivity.They are Changing the normal education training mode, improving teachers subjectivityby participating in the development of school-based curriculum, improving teachers subjectivity in the reflective teaching, building a developing teacher evaluation, improving teachers' incentive mechanism and improving teachers' subjectivity strategies.Part six: conclusion.It reviews the main contents of teacher's subjectivity construction. As it proposes research conclusion and the limitations of the study,it points out the direction in the future.
