Research On College Students' Entrepreneurial Policy From The Perspective Of Supply-Demand Matching

Since the concept of "college students 'entrepreneurship" was put forward by the state,the policy of College Students' entrepreneurship has attracted much attention.With the development of "college students' entrepreneurship",whether the supply and demand of College Students'entrepreneurship policy match has become an important issue.College students' entrepreneurship policy not only promotes their personal development,but also injects fresh vitality into the society.The state has promulgated various supporting policies for college students' entrepreneurship,encouraging more college students to actively participate in Entrepreneurship activities.It also calls on local universities to provide them with necessary education to improve their entrepreneurial abilities.And successfully promote some students to change their employment concept from the original job demanders to job providers,thus alleviating the employment pressure of college students and avoiding it.It avoids the waste of human resources.In addition,self-employment activities also provide more jobs for other employees,thus alleviating the employment pressure of society.Undergraduates' entrepreneurship is not a simple solution to their employment problems,but fundamentally supports and encourages them to go out of their own way.However,at present,due to the lack of communication and targeted understanding between the policy providers,i.e.the government or the national education administration departments and the students of the policy demanders,the policy cannot monitor and control the changes and actual needs of the demand subjects in real time in the process of formulation.Many policies have not been implemented or are not suitable for the demand subjects who are starting their own businesses.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze college students' entrepreneurship policy from the perspective of supply and demand matching.Firstly,this paper summarizes the literature at home and abroad,then combines the actual situation of some college students' entrepreneurship,analyses the current situation and effectiveness of the supply of entrepreneurship policy for college students,and systematically combs the practice of the policy since it was put forward.Secondly,this paper relies on literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires and statistical analysis to fully analyze the main problems that college students encounter in the process of entrepreneurship development.Through investigation,we can understand the current situation of College Students'entrepreneurship activities in our country.Combining with the supply of national entrepreneurship policy for college students,we can find out the problems that college students encounter in Entrepreneurship activities,and put forward the following suggestions.Corresponding countermeasures should be taken to pave the way.This paper summarizes and studies the implementation of College Students'entrepreneurship policy from the aspects of policy suppliers,policy demanders and policy executives,which has a certain reference value for the formulation and implementation of College Students'entrepreneurship policy.Finally,this paper analyses the relationship between supply and demand of entrepreneurship policy,and analyses the problems existing in the employment and employment policy of university students in China from three aspects:supply,demand and implementation.By drawing on some good practices of foreign advanced developed countries in the entrepreneurship policy of University students,this paper aims at the policy needs of University Students in entrepreneurship,and combines government and education.The policies issued by the government departments in the development of entrepreneurship activities,as well as the refinement and the degree of implementation of the policies by the University as the executive body,construct the Countenneasures of College Students' entrepreneurship from the perspective of supply-demand matching,and put forward some suggestions on further improving the strategies and directions of the policy of College Students' Entrepreneurship and employment.Provide reference for government and University decision-making,provide reference for accelerating college students' entrepreneurship activities,and serve for the sustainable development and lifelong development of College students.
