Preschool education is the foundation of national education system. The development of the preschool education needs not only to build some safe kindergartens, but also to make greater and more comprehensive demands on the kindergartens’ teacher-team. Due to the irreplaceable role the non-state schools have played in conservation education and public service, the key to change educational quality is the upgrading of the teaching quality. The healthy growth of children is the value of teachers’ professional development, professionalization of the kindergarten teachers’ access to the practical significance,as provides help to speed up the reform of basic education.Under the explicit premise of the professional of the kindergarten teachers, different research methods including documentary analysis and questionnaire survey have been used in this essay by collecting the questionnaires and deep-interviews on kindergarten teachers from Dali city of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture to review the current situation of kindergarten objectively. This essay will investigate the current professional level situation of the kindergarten teachers from three aspects including professional attitude, professional knowledge and professional competence and then research the related influencing factors.From the prospective of the inner and outside factors of non-state kindergarten teachers based on the theoretical research and practical research, this essay will introduce and improve the solutions of professional development policies of kindergarten teachers in Dali city, and put forward the target-oriented proposals which providing a reference for the governmental scientific decisions. The conclusion drawn through the investigation and analysis were as follows:1. lack of guarantee mechanisms; 2. the insufficient of teaching experience; 3.the improper understanding of the professional development; 4.the imbalanced development of professional knowledge structure; 5. the low level of professional development. On this basis, this paper finds that the restriction factors of the kindergarten teachers’ professional development include three aspects in terms of personal, social and kindergarten itself. The delay in the professional development of kindergarten teachers is mainly due to the insufficient support from outside world and the lack of inner motive power. Through the combination of related documents, this thesis proposes helpful suggestions based on the analysis of development state and influencing factors of the non-state kindergarten teachers.This thesis is analyzed from three following three respects:1. on the individual level: enhancing the professional awareness and the professional identity of the kindergarten teachers; making their own career planning; 2. on the kindergarten’s level:drawing out both the principal and teachers’enthusiasm and making a perfect and practical mechanism of the survival and professional development of teachers.3. On the social level:increasing support for the non-state preschools and setting up a specialized funding for kindergarten teachers of the non-state preschools; innovating management mode and regulating the teacher’s qualification certification and the entry qualification; strengthening the responsibility of education authorities to promote the professional development of the non-state kindergarten teachers. |
