The good professional concept of kindergarten teachers is the soul and core of teachers' professional quality.At present,the professional concept level of kindergarten teachers is increasingly supported by national policies and concerned by the society.The professional standard for kindergarten teachers(trial)promulgated by the ministry of education in 2012 provides a basic basis for the development of teachers' professional concept.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the professional concept of kindergarten teachers.Taking 8 kindergarten teachers in yuxi district A,yunnan province as the research object,this study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to investigate the overall professional concept of kindergarten teachers and their underlying values of preschool education,views on children,and views on educational activities.The research shows that there are significant differences in kindergarten teachers' professional concept level,age,working years,professional background,educational background and professional title.In the value field of preschool education under the professional concept of kindergarten teachers,preschool teachers have a clear view of the purpose of preschool education,their career view will be affected by their professional title and working years,and there are certain deviations in their career and occupational expectations.In the field of kindergarten teachers' views on children,teachers perform well in caring for children and paying attention to life education,and their views on children need to be improved in respect of children.In the field of kindergarten teachers' views on nursing and teaching activities,teachers are not ideal in adhering to the combination of nursing and teaching,can pay attention to the role of environment and games on children's development,and there are significant differences in their views on nursing and teaching activities and professional backgrounds.According to the research,the main problems of kindergarten teachers' professional concept in A district are as follows: the overall level of kindergarten teachers' professional concept is uneven;In the field of values of preschool education,kindergarten teachers' understanding and understanding of occupation are not deep enough.The career outlook of kindergarten teachers with low professional titles is not ideal.In the field of view of children,the first kindergarten teacher's view of children is not ideal;Kindergarten teachers are biased in their understanding of respectingchildren.In the field of the concept of educational activities,kindergarten teachers are not in place to adhere to the combination of educational activities;The performance of kindergarten teachers in non-preschool education is not good.At the same time,the author also analyzes the causes of the problems in the professional concept of kindergarten teachers in A district.Firstly,there are the internal factors of kindergarten teachers.The beginning kindergarten teacher education wisdom is insufficient;Kindergarten teachers of non-preschool education major lack of professional edification;Lack of theoretical knowledge of kindergarten teachers with low educational background;Kindergarten teachers' professional cognition is not in place and lack of reflective consciousness and action.Secondly,there are the external factors of kindergartens and the government.The evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional concept in kindergartens is not perfect and there are differences in the post-service training of kindergarten teachers among different kindergartens.Government: the kindergarten teacher admittance system is not perfect;Limited development space for professional titles;The proportion of the government's financial investment in preschool education is low.In terms of thinking on promoting the development of kindergarten teachers' professional ideas,the first is to improve the internal self-development ability of kindergarten teachers' professional ideas.Good at self-reflection,deepen the understanding of the professional concept;Put into practice,externalize the understanding of the professional concept in the form;The second is to construct the external long-term mechanism of kindergarten teachers' professional concept:reforming the professional title evaluation system;Raise the threshold of entry,enhance the professional teaching teachers;Attach importance to the in-service training of teachers;We will strengthen a fair and just reward and punishment mechanism.
