Teachers, commissioned by the society, are representatives of social interests, who are the organizers and leaders of educational activities and directly responsible for education and teaching of students'daily work, playing a key role on teenagers growing. Dr. David·Fontana, British educator and psychologist, thinks that if we need to know children's behaviors, we not only need to refer to their own, but also need to investigate the various effects they received.Studies suggest that teachers'education mode cannot ignore to impact the all-round development of students, while the choice of the teachers'education mode was based on the view of human nature. This paper, on the basis of past research, adopts the empirical research, using the middle school teachers as the research object and aiming to realize the current view of human nature, teachers' education mode and their relations, so as to explore the deep-seated influencing factor of teachers'education mode.Through interview survey, I find that most teachers use democracy education method and they hold the view of students what can be classified into the following three points:respecting the students and protecting students'self-esteem; believing that students could be changing; it is the teachers'responsible for the growth, usefulness and success of the students. Notably, the altruism consciousness of the current middle school teachers declined for the influence of the social background, suggesting that they would be more likely to take laissez-faire leadership education mode.On the basis of the interviews with teachers, a questionnaire survey were group administered and it is explored that the characteristics of current view of teachers'human nature, teachers'education mode and their relations of 201 secondary school teachers in Qufu, Shandong Province. And here's the effect:1. Compared to teachers who are not head teachers, head teachers think that human are more moral, honest, reliable and less complex, difficult to understand.2. Compared to male teachers, female teachers are more compassionate, selfless, having stronger altruism desire; at the same time, female teachers are more likely to understand their own thoughts and wishes and change their shortcomings; In addition, female teachers think the differences between individuals bigger and the degree of variable bigger.3. The middle school teachers of teaching age over 26 years, on the complexity of human nature,own the higher score than the teachers who's teaching age under 26 years;comparing with the middle school of teaching age in 1-5 years and over 26 years, the difference is pretty evidently.4. Male middle school teachers show more absolute than the female.5. Arts middle school teachers show more democratic than science middle school teachers.6. The view of human nature and education mode of middle school teacher have significantly related. Specifically, altruism and humanity's complexity influence autocratic education mode; the rationality and strength of wishes and humanity variability are the key factors to democracy education mode.
