The development of knowledge economy and global economy requires for more talents,which makes the national development increasingly dependent upon education. Theeducational quality relies on the educational level of teachers. thus teacher education, whichis an important way of teachers'sustainable development, attracts the most attention. With thedevelopment of the theory of international teacher education and the gradual progress of thepost-modern educational thought, the traditional teachers'professional development, which isknowledge and skill edvelopment oriented, has been criticized because its technical rationalityimmaterializing hunanity makes teachers knowledge initiators with lopsided development.The orientation of teachers'professional development has increasingly disparate and theteachers'education which pays attention to their whole life development has been vividlyportrayed. The paper analyses the varieties of problems existing in the flourishingteachers'education, which relates to the neglect of the teachers'needs and their humanity. Inorder to seek the education which promotes teachers'life development and keep an eye ontheir humanity, the paper explores the teachers'humanity and its development after cardingand discussing the traditional theory of humanity at home and abroad, combining with thenew requirement of the present times for teachers'profession, and offers some ideas abouttraining teachers with rich and harmonious humanity, hoping that all these efforts can offersome bases for carding the models of humanistic teachers'education, deciding upon andappraising the content of this education. The Introduction of the paper explaining the valueand present situation of the research, linking with the trend of international development ofteachers'education and some problems with the present teachers'education in our country.Part 1 analyses the humanity by combining with the theories of humanity at home andabroad, and the teachers'humanity by linking with the needs of the times from the aspects ofnatural quality, rationality, dharma, sociality and so on. Part 2 probes into the developmentof the teachers'humanity in rough from four aspects of natural quality, rationality, dharma andsociality. In this part the teachers'education is discussed from the perspectives of thephysiological function of the development of the teachers'study, the control of feeling andemotion, the arousing of subjective initiative, the exploring of the developmental mechanismof instructional and teaching tacit knowledge, the morality that teachers treat their students,and the effect of the idea about harmony upon the development of teachers'sociality so as toremedy the problems existing in the present teachers'education, explore the development ofpractical teaching knowledge and skill of the teachers'education,pay attention to theteachers'moral quality and the negative effect of the weak teachers'sociality upon students.Generally, Parts 1 and 2 constitutes the main part of this paper, and naturally the goal of theteachers'education is expounded in the final part, that is, training the teachers with rich andharmonious humanity that can transcend the true, the good and the beautiful.
