In the adult education of professional education, adult in the process of teachers' specialization is an unavoidable content. With the international trend of lifelong education, the concept of learning society and world development, education reform of adult education, adult education teacher specialization will become adults. Since 1980s, the teacher's specialization gradually has been becoming an professional development trend of international teachers. As an important part of the education system in China, the status and role of adult education also get more and more recognition and affirmation. Thus, the attention that pay to adult education teachers' specialization that play a dominant role, has been gradually turning to domestic from abroad and to combination theory with practice from pure theoretical study. This thesis will be established in fact and be guided by advanced foreign teachers'professional idea——the idea of reflective practice, to open a new view that has theoretical value to development of adult education teachers' specialization.Relative to the definition standard of professional based on practical epistemology of positivism, definition standard of reflective practice choose a different perspective to give us a new knowledge of adult education.This definition standard of professional maybe has certain referenced value.This thesis used data studies and theoretical-quantitative approach, advanced feasible strategies for teachers of adult education from the perspective of reflective practice. Author mainly described and researched it from four parts.The first part is to define relevant concepts that appear in the thesis to have a relatively clear understanding of reflective practice and adult education teachers' specialization.The second part, continuing the definition of relevant concepts of the first part, progressively dissected the value of reflective practice to adult education teachers' specialization. From the definition of specialization, it found out the basis that ascertain the professional attributes of adult education by the new definition of concept of specialization, and then automatically draw out that reflective practice is an effective Pillar to adult education teachers' specialization through the interpretation of crucial status of adult education teachers' specialization in adult education.This third part plays an essential role. It discussed the restricted factors in the process of adult education teachers' specialization under the perspective of reflective practice. It summarized three mainly shortages:the lack of content's source of adult education teachers' reflective practice, the singleness of the style of adult education teachers'reflective practice, the fuzzy in the process of adult education teachers reflective practice. The fourth part is the key part of this paper, also is the difficult point in the process of writing thesis. It mainly analyzed the basic strategies of adult education teachers' specialization under the perspective of reflective practice, found out the joint of reflective practice and adult education teachers' specialization through the introduction of interrelated theory of reflective practice and put forward specific strategies:expanding the abundant source of reflective practice, setting up reflective practice approach of different forms, using "DATA" reflective practice process model of adult education teacher.This thesis used theoretical analysis method, documentary method and comparative study to expound and prove, though can not cover the analysis and strategies of all the problems, but can grab basic problems of adult education teachers' specialization to do the primary research under the perspective of reflective practice. Author hope it can be useful to the following further research.
