Research And Strategy About The Development Of Teacher's Specialization In Part Of Henan Area

Teachers' specialization which has become a stream of the educational development in the world is a requirement of modern education.The specialization of chemistry teachers is a crucial component in this feld.As chemistry teachers,we can find the significance by fully and accurately understanding its meaning,current status,its developing trends as well as challenge and opportunity we have met.The modernization of chemistry education demands teachers' specialization which is an inevitable trend of current educational development in the world.This thesis,by using literature research and questionnaire,aims to benefit chemistry teachers who are work for basis education so that the specialization and entire facilities can be achieved ultimately through higher academic teaching practice. Chemistry teachers are selected from more than 10 senior schools in central plain in Henan such as Zhengzhou,Anyang,Jiaozuo,Xinxiang and Kaifeng to investigate the specialization,for it is the key to affect both education for all-around development and new chemistry curriculum reform in Chinese basis chemistry education.This paper is divided into four sections:Chapterâ… :the meaning of the research of teachers' specialization;Chapterâ…¡:the connotation and the factor analysis of teacher's specialization;Chapterâ…¢:survey and research;Chapterâ…£:the strategy of the development of teacher's specialization in part of Henan.Focus on discussion about self-learning,guide by expert,case teaching,drive of subject,attend lectures,course evaluate,the experience exchange among teachers, the experience among schools,training by internet.And the writer also give some suggestions.The study shows that,the condition of teacher's specialization in part of Henan is not very good.However,the development of teacher's specialization has important effect on the whole development of education.Therefore,we should change present situation,accelerate the development of teacher's specialization,based on the survey and research.
