At present, every country in the world will put the construction of the curriculum standards in an important position in the tide of education reform. As the important part of foundamental education curriculum reform, it is the same for kindergarten curriculum reform. However, there is not kindergarten curriculum standards or kindergarten curriculum standards of certain areas in China. The lack of kindergarten curriculum standards bring about various confused in the implementation of kindergarten education. Especially for kindergarten mathematics education. Therefore, it is necessary for us to construct a kindergarten curriculum standards about mathematics. This helps to enrich the curriculum theory of kindergarten mathematics education, meanwhile may directs practice activity about kindergarten.Firstly,this study comb and analyze the background,content framework of the 1989 "the standards",2000"principles and standards",2006"Curriculum Focal Points"in the history of American mathematics curriculum standards about preschool education.it is concluded that the curriculum reform American mathematics curriculum standards about preschool education go through formed -- improved --the perfect stage.Secondly, this study analyze American mathematics curriculum standards about preschool education from the development process, the overall framework, guiding principle, content standards and process standards five aspects,namely "prekindergarten through Grade two"of 2000 "principle and standard".Finding:The participants of American mathematics curriculum standards about preschool education is very extensive and development process has transparency;the overall framework points out the core content of the standard, including guiding principle, content standards and process standards; Content standards is rich, including" Number and Operations","Geometry" "Measurement","Algebra"," Data Analysis and Probability" area;Process standards and content standards can complement each other. The research of process standards is analyzed by using the combination method of case and theory.Thirdly, the study induce the existing problems of kindergarten education curriculum reform in China'mathematics by analyzing the history of American mathematics curriculum standards about preschool education and "prekindergarten through Grade two" of 2000 "principle and standard". Inspiration:Strengthening the status of the kindergarten mathematical education curriculum in kindergarten; Increasing guidancein the link up of kindergarten and primary school curriculum;Inproving the transparency of kindergarten mathematics education curriculum; Consummating the system of kindergarten mathematics education curriculum; Ampling content in kindergarten mathematics education curriculum;Establishing the target system of process goals and contents goals; Inheriting and carrying forward the traditional of China's kindergarten education curriculum in the mathematics Promoting teacher's mathematical literacy;Developing teacher training integration system between Kindergarten teachers and primary school teachers to the trend.Finally, the stud puts forward thinking and suggestions to construct a kindergarten mathematics curriculum standard:1. Strengthening the theory study of children mathematics education, provide scientific basis for constructing standards2. Rethinking the history of kindergarten education curriculum reform in China' mathematics, constructing the mode about kindergarten curriculum standard3. Dealing with the relationship between comprehensive education reform and the kindergarten mathematics curriculum standard.
