Solve the learning difficulties students (students with learning difficulties or poor health) problem has always been our education a hot issue, junior high school mathematics students with learning difficulties as one of many students with learning difficulties in a class, when they face difficulties in learning mathematics, and with the knowledge the continuous accumulation and the increasing difficulty of the problem, increasing the degree of difficulty, making it a difficult mathematics teaching. Mathematical learning difficulties have many reasons, including low efficiency is caused by learning difficulties they learned an important reason. Therefore, improving the junior high school mathematics students with learning difficulties learning efficiency, not only is an important issue in education, but also for the high quality of personnel training and lay a good foundation.This paper illustrates the significance of the subject and methods of research. Second, students with learning difficulties at home and abroad and learning efficiency of an overview of relevant research, students with learning difficulties in mathematics and mathematics learning efficiency explained the connotation, and on this basis to define key concepts in this article:Poor Students mathematics, mathematics learning efficiency. Defined the study of mathematics learning difficulties learning efficiency of the four main theoretical basis are:"Mastery Learning"theory, "recent developments " theory, constructivist theory and attribution theory. For junior high school mathematics learning efficiency of the status of a survey on the survey results were analyzed and summarized, put forward an effective teaching strategy.Through the analysis of survey results found that poor students of junior high school mathematics learning efficiency factors are:intelligence, non-intellectual factors, explicit factors and cognitive factors. Among them, non-intellectual factors and cognitive factors affecting the efficiency of mathematical learning difficulties to learn more prominent role of factors, from the start of these factors, to further improve the efficiency of their learning more effective.This article concluded that:(1) improve the learning efficiency is to change the junior high school students with learning difficulties learn mathematics is an important channel status, is a practical way. (2) junior high school mathematics for the characteristics of students with learning difficulties, will they fall into three categories is appropriate:①results can still be liberal arts, science class math single subject alone poor students with lower scores.②results can still be liberal arts, science classes that poor students with learning difficulties.③text, results are poor science class students with learning difficulties. (3) in teaching mathematics Shixing Wen measures in teaching, students can strengthen the efficiency, enhance learning efficiency, to achieve the desired results of teaching.
