The issue of teaching materials could be traced back to ancient times. Teaching materials were originated in educational activities, while educational activities, by which human being could make a living and pass on their experiences, came from the needs of human beings existence. Teaching materials were a kind of teaching media which came into being and developed at the same time with education and teaching. We know that teachers in teaching activities of the method is very important to students,and the selection of instructional methods is depend on materials. Good teaching materials and solutions, Can not only improve the teaching effect, but also can reduce the burden of teachers preparing.This study stands on the student's interests and convenient operation ,and based on Hands-on approach and activities of teaching material development theories. Explore out "Hands-on Mathematics" teaching material the development of a kind of way, providing more resources for the mathematics teaching activities.The first is chapter preface, mainly explains research background, putting forward the problems for study. The second chapter clears up "Hands- on" references, domestic and foreign literature review, and the research and development of the process and methods of design teaching materials. In the third chapter, we explore the theoretical basis of Hands-on teaching material development activities, forming the preliminary design scheme and the activities of the textbook materials development process. The fourth chapter is the specific design activity units of Hands-on Mathematics, arounding specific characteristics of "Hands-on" activities, forming specific unit designs and activities process. Use of the preceding chapters'development framework and teaching materials, respectively, will materials some examples and the teaching design. The fifth chapter on the Hands-on Mathematics operation materials and activity design samples. In the seventh chapter, this study is to a brief and objective review, will discuss the novelty value of research, and deficiencies and problems which need to be studied in the further.
