With the popularity of the learning ideal and the development of modern educational technology,,the development of Education virtual communities is needed。So people attention and research on the education virtual community more and more.Since the development of educational virtual communities themselves are short, the theory and application are not perfect, which need to supplement and improve. To promote the harmonious development of educational virtual communities, this article has been studied the virtual community from a cultural perspective, improved their theoretical system and promoted their more harmonious development.This paper uses some different research methods in the different study stages, including literature research,interviews,questionnaires,empirical research method. In the preparation stage of the paper we have made adequate preparations, not only read the information at home and abroad, but also made a preliminary survey.The overall framework of this article is divided into five parts:The first chapter is Introduction. This paper describes the background, the significance of the topic, research status at home and abroad, as well as the thesis research ideas and methods. The second part is the analysis of connotation of harmonious culture in the educational virtual community. First it analyzes some related concepts of harmonious culture in the educational virtual community. For example, what is a virtual community, what is the harmony, and defines them.Next, it introduces inherent harmony in Chinese traditional culture and Western culture.Then,it describes the characteristics of harmonious culture in the educational virtual community,and including four basic characteristics:virtual,openness, integration and harmony. Finally, it describes the function of harmonious culture in the educational virtual community. ChapterⅢthe analysis factors which would influence harmonious culture in the educational virtual community. First, it analyzes platform which can train harmonious culture in the educational virtual community.The, it analyzes environment of harmonious culture in the educational virtual community. Again,it analyzes the behavior of education learners and teachers in the educational virtual community.Last,it makes the empirical analysis by SPSS software factors affecting which would influence harmonious culture in the educational virtual community.Chapter IV it researches what strategies can train harmonious culture in the educational virtual community, mainly from two aspects to introduce:principles and strategies outlined. Chapter V Conclusions and Outlook, which includes some of the major conclusions of this research, innovation and research prospects.
