The primary school education stage is an important period for the development of pupils to form good habits,learn to communicate with each other and other aspects,the teacher-student relationship is unique and representative,and always runs through educational activities,therefore,the establishment of a harmonious relationship between elementary school teachers and students is the key to the process of elementary education.In the process of elementary education,the harmonious relationship between teachers and students can develop primary school students' physical and mental health,improve the quality of education and teaching,promote common development of teachers and students,and it's a basic of "accelerate the modernization of education and build a strong education country","successful Education for the People".This research mainly adopts two research methods: literature method and interview method.First of all,by reviewing the relevant literature,the research results of the existing teacher-student relationship are summarized,and the five principles that should be followed to build a harmonious relationship between teacher and student in primary school are summarized and analyzed and interpreted.Students and teachers should give students care,equal and sincere communication between teachers and students,students should respect teachers,and parents and teachers should be harmonious and cooperative.Secondly,based on the principles that should be followed for the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in primary education,an interview was conducted to investigate the current status of the relationship between teachers and students.The study found that the main problems in the current relationship between teachers and students in primary schools include: relatively passive teaching cooperation under the influence of traditional teaching,Teachers pay less attention tothe psychological development of pupils,teachers and students pay less attention to emotional communication,pupils themselves lack motivation,and parents lack understanding and support for teachers' work.At last,based on the above theoretical analysis and investigation,this study believes that the strategy for building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students should be based on the following perspectives,first,from the perspective of teachers: teachers should respect and care students,adhere to people-oriented,strengthen communication,strengthen political positions,improve personal qualities;second,from the perspective of students: students should respect teachers,cooperate with teaching,and communicate actively;third,from the perspective of parents and teachers: teachers and parents should learn to communicate with each other and communicate effectively;fourth,from the perspective of the school: schools should actively guide home-school cooperation and reduce the burden on teachers.
