At present, our country is in the period of economic transformations and the society is badly in need of large quantities of high skills, professional talents. Vigorously developing distance vocational education is the best choice to train a large number of qualified and technical talents under the circumstances of shortage of education investment. During this process, learners influenced by traditional education are not accustomed to autonomous learning mode, so the effect is not satisfying, and they even give up learning eventually. As one of the most effective ways developed in the 20th century, group collaborative learning provides learners the possibility to improve distance vocational education learning. Up till now there are quite a few related researches on how to implement cooperation learning in distance vocational education in China, but these studies and practices have taken full-time students as research objects and paid less attention to distance learners. The author has investigated and analyzed it on the basis of the domestic and foreign relevant researches with RIZHAO Radio and Television University's distance learners as the research objects then did a detailed design and application and effect analysis to improve the effectiveness of teaching communication, based on career development of group collaborative learning.This author firstly introduces the situation of the domestic and foreign researches on group collaborative learning. Then it shows the RIZHAO Radio and Television University's vocational education learners'basic information through the questionnaire statistics. The detailed design about each link of group collaborative learning is based on learner's need.The main content of this article is in the below:(1) Analyze the necessity of group collaborative learning in distance vocational education, and brief discussion on the present research situation in this field in and out.(2) Renew the significance of the teaching interaction in group collaborative learning.(3)Design how to carry out the group collaborative learning, including objectives, tasks, methods, strategies, management, evaluation, situation, environment and interpersonal skills and so on.(4) Test the RIZHAO Radio and Television University's distance learners as the teaching test objects and analyze the effect of the test results of group collaborative learning.
