Scientific thought of development was insistent on the idea of people oriented. It emphasized the promotion of full development of economy, society and people. It also provided some ideas for the education reform of institute, mechanism and methods. The difference between the traditional education and full-development education is the value of idea. Full-development education is trying students to be good people. It means how students to be that is the question we still should to face in the new century. This paper was tried to analysis some problems of modern college education. It pointed out that traditional technology ideas and industrial society distort the value of education. Modern scientific makes the alienation of education, but the alienation makes the people development in the wrong way. This paper also discussed the utilitarianism has a bad effect for the college education. Based on these problems, this paper tried to establish the full-education views of modern college from the angle of "one main idea and two wings". It was people oriented, and put three to one:scientific technology education, humane education and social education. Promotion the development of people, and point out the way for the idea of full education is the education combination of three items in which the humane education is the bridge of the other two. In the end, this paper discussed the practical way for the modern full-college education. It can establish the modern educational value and new methods for the combination of scientific education, humane education and social technology education, perfect the modern college education institute.
