On The Culture Of The Contemporary College Students The Spirit Of Cooperation

Cooperation is joint actions in which people and groups cooperate with each other in order to achieve common interests and common goals. The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy and globalization, so there is practical significance to strengthen win-win cooperation, to establish an innovative country and to built a harmonious socialist society.Today, challenges, opportunities, competitions and cooperation co-exist with each other. So as the new forces, builders and successors of social development, contemporary college students are required not only to invigorate our country with great social responsibility and to master the professional knowledge to meet the competition but also need to learn to cooperate with others. Therefore, cultivating cooperative spirit among college students is the requirements of higher education. Cooperative spirit is critical to cultivate qualified college students and it is the need for the development of quality education.Since most of our current students are the only child in their family, and they also grew up in the period of social transition with poor social atmosphere, therefore, college students are lack of the spirit of cooperation. In terms of value, they are self-centered; in morality, they are lack of sense of responsibility; in the front of interests, they are lack of cooperation. So college students'comprehensive development will fail if you can not effectively overcome these problems.Contemporary college students'lack of cooperative spirit is due to various factors such as the social education, school education, family environment and the students themselves. Therefore, we should promote college students'cooperative spirit by the following four method:to make comprehensive and social education as the base of cooperative spirit, establishing all-round development of students with correct moral values and healthy competition awareness; to make the college cducation as the main front, establishing cooperative learning and teaching model and related evaluation mechanisms; family education should be in the whole process of ceducation, especially parents enlightenment and single-parent family education; to make personal education as breakthrough point, encouraging participation in group activities and strengthening the training of their interpersonal skills.
