| The spirit of cooperation is a basic quality for all kinds of talents in the modern information society.The cultivation of the spirit of cooperation is not only conducive to the overall development of individuals and their good adaptation to future social work,but to the stable development of society.This article takes the cultivation of cooperative spirit in the management of junior college students in local general colleges as the starting point.By studying the current situation of cultivating cooperative spirit in the management of junior college students,it analyzes the shortcomings of cooperative spirit among junior college students and the problems in cultivating cooperative spirit in junior college student management,it also reveals the causes of problems in the development of cooperative spirit among junior college students.Finally it proposes targeted optimization strategies for the cultivation of cooperative spirit.This article can be roughly divided into the following six parts:The first part is the introduction section,which involves the background of the topic and the theoretical and practical significance of the research,as well as a review of relevant literature at home and abroad.At the same time,it defines the concept of the focus of this article,introduces the research ideas and methods,the innovation and shortcomings as well.The second part is the theoretical part.Based on Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development,Xi Jinping’s idea of people cultivation and Taylor’s theory of cooperation,this paper deeply explores.And it analyses the objectives,principles and ways to cultivate the spirit of cooperation among junior college students.The third part is a survey of the current situation,with 375 junior college students and 6faculty members from D college in H province as the research subjects.Questionnaire survey and interview survey was used to investigate the current situation of cultivating cooperative spirit in the management of junior college students.This is conducive to analyzing the relationship between the lack of cooperative spirit among college students and student management.The fourth part is to sort out the problems,combined with survey results,and further analyze the problems in cultivating cooperative spirit among junior college students from the perspective of student management in higher education.It was found that the research on the characteristics of junior college students is not enough;insufficient awareness of the cultivation of cooperative spirit;the content of activities to cultivate students’ cooperative spirit lags behind;lack of a management team that values cultivating students’ cooperative spirit;the ways to cultivate students’ cooperative spirit are not perfect and uncoordinated work in cultivating a collaborative spirit in all aspects.The fifth part is an analysis of the causes,including five influencing factors: the influence of exam-oriented education in secondary school,the negative influence of the social environment,the lack of a sound cooperative spirit cultivation system in universities,the lack of family education in cultivating cooperative spirit and the lack of attention to the cultivation of cooperative spirit by students themselves.Finally,for the optimization part of the strategy,in response to above problems and causes,propose strategies to improve the cultivation of cooperative spirit: innovate management concepts,integrate elements of cooperative spirit cultivation;innovate and cultivate content,update the connotation of cooperation spirit;optimize the management team,enhance the effectiveness of cultivating cooperative spirit;improve the cultivation path,cultivate the spirit of cooperation in all aspects;forming educational synergy,constructing a system for cultivating the spirit of cooperation among schools,families,and society;accelerate the integration of moral education between middle schools and colleges,and cultivate a spirit of cooperation. |
