Research On The Current Situation Of "Post-00" College Student’s Struggle Spirit And Cultivation Countermeasures

President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the Great Hall of The People on March 20,2018.President Xi Jinping solemnly expounded the Chinese nation’s spirit with four great spirits which are great creative spirit,great struggle spirit,great unity spirit and great dream spirit.The struggle spirit is the important part of the Chinese nation’s spirit.It also promotes China to become a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and modern,powerful socialist country.It is also the spiritual pillar realizing the Chinese dream of great national renewal.The "Post-00" college students are the builders and successors of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.They shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.We must inherit and develop the struggle spirit.This article includes the following three specific researches for "Post-00" college students.Firstly,the theory of struggle spirit was introduced.The connotation of "Post-00" college students and their struggle spirit are interpreted.The theoretical of "Post-00" college students’ struggle spirit expounded by three aspects.They are Marxist theory,the struggle thought in Chinese excellent traditional culture and the struggle view of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China.The struggling spirit of "Post-00" college students is cultivated to guarantee their healthy growth.It is also the inevitable requirement for universities.It also is the objective need to inherit and carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.It is the era choice to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation.Then,a questionnaire survey was carried out to understand the present situation of "Post-00" college students’ struggle spirit.The questionnaire survey was studies the "Post-00" college students’ struggle spirit by online and offline at six universities in Jiangxi Province.The questionnaire survey results show that the "post-00" college students have a sense of struggle in general.They identify with the value of the times of struggle spirit.They also have a positive emotional experience of struggle behavior.However,some "Post-00" college students lack the struggle spirit.They are lack of assiduous research and perseverance in study.They are lack of thrift and hard-working spirit in life.Some of them have uncertain dream and lack of frustration tolerance.Some of students lack of innovation and entrepreneurship and down-to-earth spirit in employment.The main reasons for the lack of fighting spirit are as follows: The universities are lack of efforts to cultivate the struggle spirit.The family lacks the education of the spirit of struggle Influence of negative social factors."Post-00" college students are lack of struggle motivation.Finally,four cultivation countermeasures are proposed based on the analysis of the struggle spirit of "Post-00" college students: First,cognition of the "Post-00" college students’ struggle spirit are deepened by the education in basic national conditions,cultivation of revolutionary spirit,education of frustration cognition and competition consciousness.Next,the practical experience of "Post-00" college students’ struggle spirit are enriched by standardizing academic requirements,encouraging students to participate program activities,increasing support for independent entrepreneurship,and providing internship opportunities.Then,A better environment is created for cultivating the struggle spirit by creating a social atmosphere for all people,building an inspiring campus atmosphere and strengthening the construction of good family style.Finally,self-cultivation struggle spirit is strengthen by improvement "Post-00" college students’ Self-struggle,building correct understanding of self-worth and establishing the happy struggle concept.
