The effectiveness of the teaching field means that teachers follow the objective laws of teaching activities with as little time, energy and material resources to stimulate students' learning interest and make students actively participate in teaching activities, then promote students growth as much as possible. The teachers' guide effectiveness in composition teaching refers to that teachers follow objective law in the composition teaching with the right guidance method, considering the various factors of influencing composition guidance, and arouse the students' interest in composition, then make students actively participate in composition activity, in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the students' composition ability.This article made investigation and study through the form of the questionnaire and interview students' status and teachers'composition guidance in junior high school, from the investigation of students' present composition situation we know that: The junior high school students'interesting in composition is on decline, and they feel afraid when looking at the composition; They lack independent consciousness of composition, and the composition motivation and composition content are utilitarian; They don't have the reasonable composition method and skill , can't improve the level of composition and don't formed the good habit composition and so on. From investigation and analysis of teachers' writing instruction we learn that the teachers understanding fuzzy to the role of composition guiding and also dare not sure for his own guiding results; and they are lack of planning and targeted in composition guidance; for the guidance content, they emphasize content, skills and contempt on the cultivation of thinking ability and emotional transfer.According to problems reflected in the survey of the composition teaching in junior middle school teachers' writing instruction of inefficient, this article put forward thoughts from three aspects to improve the effectiveness of teachers'composition guide, such as "to set up the correct values and improve their composition writing theory", "according to learn literacy in feeling, selection and implementation of specific guidance to junior high school students' composition," and "construction contracted composition instruction model".
