The reason of the inefficiency in primary school's composition teaching lies in the following factors: the target of teaching, the content of teaching, the method of teaching, the object of teaching. All these, there are not only the reason of theories understand but also the question of fulfillment operation. Therefore, the strategy of the inefficiency in primary school's composition teaching should also be researched in the two aspects.In theory, there are three mistakes in the people's understanding in composition teaching, which should be clarified.The first is the understanding to the essence of composition and composition teaching; The second is that the orientation of composition teaching's target isn't exact; The third is the understanding to the content of composition teaching.In practice, there are three problems which should be resolved.The first is the strategy of composition teaching method. In macroscopical view, the Chinese teachers in primary schools are lack of a plan as a whole to various teaching methods and should be integrated in the actual composition teaching; In microcosmic view, in the actual composition teaching, the Chinese teachers in primary schools over-emphasize the drill of the language expression ability and writing technique, neglect the training of interest and habit in writing, neglect the development of the ability of observation, conceiving, modification etc, neglect the training of emotion, attitude, value, to this, the Chinese teachers in primary schools should realize gradually, carry definitely through the spirit of Chinese Course Standard .The second is the student's main body status. Because the view of traditional "teacher center" hasn't been eliminated completely in the thought of the Chinese teachers in primary schools, the student's main body was neglected in the actual composition teaching. Therefore, the Chinese teachers in primary schools should set up right teacher concept, student concept, respect the student's main body status in composition teaching. The third is the evaluation of the composition teaching. In the primary school's composition teaching, the teachers pay attention to the evaluation to the student composition finished product, the evaluating way is single, and take examination as a main way; the teachers often use the unilateral evaluating methods, take end evaluation, quantifing evaluation, teacher evaluation as main methods, neglect formation evaluation, quality evaluation, student self-evaluation and student mutual evaluation. Therefore the reasonable evaluation mechanism of the composition teaching should be built up in primary school's composition teaching.Tracing all reasons of the composition teaching inefficiency, we discovered, these reasons were connected with the Chinese teachers in primary schools, who are main factors which decide composition teaching effectiveness. Therefore if we want to raise primary school's composition teaching effectiveness, we have to make a great effort to raise the professional level of primary school's Chinese teachers.
