The thirty years′reform and opening of China as well asthe increasing development of economy contribute to the demandof talents. At present, the scale of instruction is heavy andthe instruction target is over single. This embarrassment iscorrespond to China′s institution. With the development ofeconomy and the popularity of graduates, the demand for thehigher-level geniuses is obvious. The post graduates are themain components of higher instruction. In the last decade, agreat many post graduates have been fostered and they have madecontributions to China.The quality of post graduates catches much attention now.The masters majored in sports instruction are the talents withcompound abilities. Till now, in Guizhou province, there isonly one university cultivating masters of sports instruction,it is Guizhou Normal University. This article discusses theteaching targets, the curriculum layout and checking methodsof the masters in sports instruction in Guizhou NormalUniversity. It is based on the analysis of research at home andabroad. Then the article proposes some suggestions about thestudents′practical capacity.Conclusion: practical working capacity is complex. Itconsists of not only the ability to gain a job, but also theenergy to hold and change this job. It can not be constrainedto the capacity to pass one exam; the instructional target should be fit for the students, what′more, the professionaland other skills both need attention; in the curriculum, thenecessities are much more than the alternatives. This leads tothe deficiency of choice. In addition, the evaluating methodis single and the measures to motivate students are notsufficient.
