The paper also explores five main causes of the above problems which are: the enrolling units have not enough self-choosing power;the two stages of undergraduate and post-graduate do not join tight;these are no unitary test outline of specialized courses;not enough attention is paid to the guiding function of the test and there are serious formalization in the test.By introductions and references of the enrollment test systems for the post-graduates in the USA, Japan, Germany, and France which are considered as the evidence for the reformation on ours, and by considering the reality in China, three test models are given, i.e. comprehensive ability test model, two-stage test model, and ideal model for the enrollment test system for the post-graduates.
