Between the particularity of sports training in China aloneadmissions and the deepening of the reform of physical education inrecent years, this to our country sports training school has brought a lot ofnew challenges and opportunities.Guizhou normal university since2006,the professional students, colleges and universities has always been aconcern for the cultivation of sports training students way, absorb moreexperience to ensure that the effect of the cultivation of the students, andconnecting with the school characteristics, formulate a series of trainingmode, but no matter how successful are on the basis of the reform tocontinue to develop and improve, for this reason, this article through tomy school sports training separate enrollment situation investigation,analysis, and at the same time is our school’s sports training professionaltraining target, training to study the status quo and facing the situation,tries to put forward the corresponding countermeasures, for our schoolsports training teaching reform for reference.Based on the successive guizhou normal university sports trainingstudents (2006-2012), as the research object of this article.And using theliterature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview andmathematical statistics research methods, through research and analysis,the following conclusions: （1）guizhou normal university sports training students sex ratiogreater disparity, boys and girls difference is bigger, the total number ofgirls accounted for only14%of the total, while the boys accounted forthe most, it is not conducive to the future social gender on the choice ofeach unit of sports talents.（2）guizhou normal university sports institute teachers basic reasonableage structure, LaoZhongQing teachers’ reasonable collocation, sex ratiomore coordination, also, the head of a leader or scientific researchinstitutions in various fields have high academic level and academicresources, the whole team sports college teachers pay attention to thecultivation of the scientific research ability, special in the way of thecoach, but that appeared before and after the students in the entrance ofthe major special inconsistent phenomenon.（3）guizhou normal university sports training students, college studentsideal career choices and have graduate students career choice has certainconsistency, engaged in sports or sports related accounts for most of thestudents, with less choice in civilian class.（4）conditions of guizhou normal university sports training can fullymeet the needs of students’ learning and training, in order to ensure theycan have a better learning environment to complete theirstudies.Expectations, the professional students concentrate on learning,train hard, in the game of all types and at all levels has achieved excellent results, for the country, the fight for the honor of guizhou, guizhounormal university.
