At present, our country is in the period of social transition, the country’s economic system from planned economy to market economy, the society as a whole are transformation from traditional society to modern society, this makes the original college sports talent training pattern in China has lost the effective functioning of the soil, the Chinese sports also came from sports country to sports power forward intersection, sports sports talent cultivation in colleges and universities how to meet the demand of the socialist market economy, how to establish conforms to the situation of our country’s sports management system and operational mechanism of talent training, how to build a diversified personnel training mode of competitive sports with Chinese characteristics, becomes the department in charge of sports in our country theoretical circle, and in front of a big problem, at present, for the professional undergraduate course of common colleges and universities sports, the contradiction between scale expansion and quality improvement is a professional sports personnel training reform and social development in one of the urgent need to solve the problem of the social sports demand, namely in the era of mass higher education, how to ensure the personnel quality of university sports professional trained to meet the demand of today’s society is more wide range of sports has become a sports undergraduate teaching reform and development of hot and difficult problem.This study ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities sports professional personnel training situation in Chongqing as the research object, analyses specific research is divided into four dimensions, using literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, data analysis, mathematical statistics method,theory of the collected information, the integrated use of management science, sociology, pedagogy, and multidisciplinary knowledge, such as sports training study to research situation of talent training as the breakthrough point, this paper introduces the domestic and foreign universities in some countries the successful experience of sports talent training, by reviewing the development of China’s college sports talent cultivation model history, analyzed the development of China’s university sports personnel training mode the status qu, to explore the influence factors of Chinese university sports talents training mode reform, on this basis, draw lessons from foreign successful experience, combined with China’s national conditions, constructing the diversified college sports talent cultivation model with the characteristic of Chongqing, and puts forward some Suggestions to the Chongqing university sports diversified personnel training mode.This paper studies suggest:(1) With foreign institutions of higher learning sports talents elite stage compared to Chongqing in the initial stage of popularization of ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities sports professional increased year by year, the radiation area expands unceasingly, from is given priority to with the national key universities gradually extended to the provinces and cities at colleges and universities, from is given priority to with normal universities gradually to the development trend of normal colleges and universities pay equal attention to, but throughout the teaching quality and professional sports talent employment, a drop in overall level.(2) A single undergraduate course colleges and universities sports training mode has not adapted to the needs of the development of era, after the founding of the sports system, cultivating cycle is long, input amount is large, sporting life is short, has been influenced by social disease elimination rate is high. People of talent cultivation of sports talents values have changed, the quality of social sports talent cultivation in colleges and universities are increasingly widely.(3) College sports training of talents is in the nature undergraduate course colleges and universities in Chongqing sports talent training should include state, market and society and so on the many kinds of training subject. Due to the market economy establishment, carried out market reform, our country sports talent market-oriented reform has produced results, has appeared including social demand at present, the school needs, club needs and community needs, and other forms of the situation.(4) Part of the western developed countries of different colleges and universities sports personnel training mode, presents different characteristics "in schools in the United States as the center of sports talent training mode; Germany is based on sports club sports talent cultivation model; Australia is sports organizations as the center of sports talent training mode; Russia is based on sports school sports training mode; Japanese is based on school and club sports talents training mode" but all kinds of training mode has some common characteristics, mainly displays in:sports training mode choice in every country pays attention to its national conditions and with distinct characteristics; Sports talents cultivation are pay attention to the combination of sports and education; The cultivation of sports talents mostly go the way of the combination between the government and society; The cultivation of sports talents are based on a wide range of mass sports, therefore, the undergraduate course colleges and universities in Chongqing sports talents cultivation also want to close to the demand of the society to develop customized talent training scheme, not blindly.(5) Of Chongqing university sports diversified personnel training mode reform should follow the popularity and improve the combination of sports and education, the combination of different compatibility co-exist with different combination, compared with the traditional sports training mode, realized the organic combination of equity and efficiency, fully meet the demands for the participation of sports talent training, social capital weakening the dominant position of national culture, highlighting the subject status of the school culture, studies have shown that cross training of multidisciplinary knowledge, not only can improve the quality of sports professional personnel training, more can improve sports professionals, has been used in the social status, realize the maximization of the efficiency of diversity training mode, the first is about updating concept, ideas, training mode innovation, adjust and perfect the training plan.
