An Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Entrepreneurship Education In Colleges And Universities In Yunnan Province And The Countermeasures

Entrepreneurship education is not only as an important part of lifelong education, but also is way to promote talent’ employment.We pay more attention to the importance of it for cultivating high quality students.With the development of the socialist market economy system in our country and the requirements of social economy for innovative talents,It is beneficial to promoting students all-round development, relieving employment pressure and promoting economic prosperity for carrying out entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities.It is the time request and also the inevitable trend of social development.It is important theoretical and practical significance for colleges and universities to discuss the issues and the countermeasures of entrepreneurial education in Yunnan province.we defined the concepts and the scopes of study on the basis of the situation in entrepreneurship education both home and abroad by using literature. Then through the questionnaire and the interview, we carried on the empirical analysis of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Yunnan province.We found that there are many problems,which makes the main cause of these lying in concept of entrepreneurship education little-known,its needs promotion;limits the awareness of entrepreneur ship, inherent in the personnel training mode;family and social understanding of entrepreneurship education is not enough.In the end,we combined idea of lifelong education,theory of quality education, matching theory of human capital and job with putting forward the suitable strategies for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of Yunnan province.We should need knowledge in college students’ entrepreneurship education ideas, system idea and thinking, teaching reform, teachers, social supporting system to establish and perfect the reform innovation. In order to further promote the development of college students’ entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
