The implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the development trend of international higher education,and it is also an important part of the national implementation of innovation strategies.The study of innovation and entrepreneurship education is not only a deepening and expansion of quality education,but also a rethinking of current higher education supply-side issues;The need to expand new ideas for higher education reform is also an important exploration to solve practical problems such as the difficulty of employment of current college students;it is not only the need to enhance the country’s overall innovation strength,but also the need to realize new growth points in the regional economy;it is also an individual to improve the overall quality and shape society Need for resilience.As a cradle for cultivating "innovator and entrepreneurial communicator",normal colleges bear a unique historical mission.Its special functional value is in an unparalleled important position in the country’s overall innovation and entrepreneurship system.The study of entrepreneurship education is of great significance.Based on the market supply and demand theory,this research builds an innovation and entrepreneurship education supply and demand indicator system.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates and analyzes the innovation and entrepreneurship education supply and students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education needs of three different types of normal universities in Yunnan Province.The results show that in terms of the supply of opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship education,the colleges and universities surveyed provided students with practical platforms,teaching materials,policy systems,associations,teachers,courses and other services,but a certain percentage of students did not know the innovation and entrepreneurship provided by the school.Education services,do not require any innovation and entrepreneurship education services provided by schools;in terms of the supply of innovation and entrepreneurship education services,it shows the dislocation between the needs ofstudents and the services provided by the school,the group of students ’needs for innovation and entrepreneurship education is obvious,and the students’ The practical orientation of the demand for innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the self-consciousness of students significantly affect the demand for innovation and entrepreneurship education.On this basis,this study proposes that universities should optimize innovation and entrepreneurship education in terms of opportunity supply and service supply.First,colleges and universities should expand the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education to ensure that students are informed of "opportunities";secondly,universities should optimize and improve the software and hardware services for innovation and entrepreneurship education,and attract students to seek "services",including building an integrated practice platform and selecting high-quality teaching materials Courseware,actively guiding and optimizing student societies,innovating and upgrading incentive mechanisms,establishing a diversified faculty team,deepening interdisciplinary courses,and exploring the "Rongchuang" curriculum approach to optimize college innovation and entrepreneurship education services to meet student needs.
