An Experimental Study On The Teaching Of "Game Teaching Method" In The Basic Technique Teaching Of Volleyball Class

Abstract:Physical Education is not only an significant part of the whole higher education, but also a important part of the quality-oriented education. And the education guide ideology of "people oriented idea","health first idea", student health invigoration, personality cultivation and life long education have become the focus of the researcher of physical educator.Volleyball class is one of the main physical education curriculum in China. Most of collages in China run volleyball courses, however, the in Chinese colleges still adopt traditional teaching methods in volleyball education, which is so one-dimension that can not meet the requirement of quality oriented education. And this situation made some negative affect on the popularization and development of volleyball in colleges.This article uses documentation method, experiments, Delphi technique, questionnaire methods, mathematical statistics. And two undergraduate grades of2011in Chengdu sport university and Sichuan nationalities university are the experimental subjects. And through experimental analysis of the physical fitness, volleyball skill and theoretical achievement of the students in this two classes, we found the situation of the experimental class is much better than the control classes. What proved by experiments is that the pedagogy of the game is an important teaching methods in physical education teaching. Combing the volleyball teaching techniques and game, we are trying to explore a relatively more systematic, more vivid, more effective volleyball teaching methods. This kind of teaching method can play the role of a natural transition between ordinary group sports and strong technical sports, which not only can meet the mentality of pursuing happiness and avoiding suffering of the students, but also can increase students’ interest in learning. On that basis, the method can promote student learning master the basic techniques of volleyball effectively, and aspire enthusiasm of the students on the volleyball. This article also wish that method can afford some helpful advice for other profession.
