The volleyball project is a ball item that China won the gold medal in the three major games of the Olympic Games.In the 1980 s,it won five consecutive championships and won the Olympic champion again.The spirit of women’s volleyball team has played a role in invigorating the national spirit since the beginning of reform and opening up.In our country’s sports colleges,volleyball electives and compulsory courses are basically carried out.However,most volleyball teachers still teach volleyball techniques using classical and traditional teaching methods.Already unable to meet the demand for volleyball teaching.In order to adapt to the new era,innovate teaching ideas,and create new teaching methods,this paper applies the program teaching method to the basic technical teaching of volleyball to effectively grasp the teaching focus,break through the teaching difficulties,increase the density of students’ classrooms,and improve teaching quality..The effect of inquiry program teaching method in volleyball teaching in volleyball basic technology is better than that of traditional teaching method.The overall volleyball teaching effects include students’ interest in learning volleyball,active volleyball class atmosphere,and basic volleyball technique learning..This article mainly adopts literature research method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and other research methods.By reading the books and literature on the application of procedural teaching methods in volleyball teaching,we have a deep understanding of the principles of teaching using procedural teaching methods in volleyball teaching,the inherent teaching laws,and the characteristics of teaching methods.Before the experiment was conducted,the experts who had been engaged in years of volleyball teaching were asked to inquire about the design of the experimental questionnaire,the arrangement of the specific teaching contents,and the design of the experimental procedures.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the basic conditions of students before and after the experiment to ensure the validity and feasibility of the experiment.The mathematical statistics method was used to analyze the teaching effects produced by the actual data from the basic conditions of the students before and after the experiment,the special physical quality,and the basic volleyball technique,and through the study of the advantages and disadvantages of the program teaching method in the volleyball teaching experimental research.Tomake up for the lack of traditional teaching methods in the basic skills of volleyball teaching.In summary,the following four conclusions are drawn:(1)The use of procedural teaching methods for volleyball teaching can arouse students’ interest in learning and activate classroom atmosphere,which can effectively reduce students’ difficulty in practicing volleyball techniques,make the technical structure of volleyball more clear and their goals more clear.(2)The use of procedural teaching methods for volleyball teaching is more in accordance with the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.It can enable students to fully display their subjectivity in the learning process and enable students to know their own actual situation.(3)There is no significant difference in the use of program teaching methods and traditional teaching methods after volleyball special quality 4*10 turn-back,standing long jump,and run-up and touch-up.It shows that the use of procedural teaching method and traditional teaching method is quite effective in the special physical quality teaching of volleyball.(4)The volleyball teaching effect of the volleyball basic technique application program teaching method is obviously better than the volleyball teaching effect of using the traditional teaching method,especially the pass ball technique,the serve technique,the cushion ball technique,adopts the program teaching method in the volleyball spiking technique.The teaching effect of teaching is equivalent to the traditional teaching method in the volleyball spiking volleyball teaching.
