Research purposes:the systematic analysis of American students physical health evaluation system for FitnessGram (for example) and the difference between physical test evaluation system of students in our country, expounds problems of physical testing of students in our country and the negative effect on the physical education. Research methods:literature analysis, theory explains the difference between the two kinds of measurement system, puts forward relevant issues. Empirical analysis on the current problems that exist in the physical measurement and evaluation of teenagers in China.Research results:the two students physical fitness measurement evaluation system has a bigger difference, the evaluation of physical measurement of students health oriented, both skills related to the quality evaluation, the evaluation criteria for the choice of the evaluation of the relative standards and the evaluation results and healthy relationship is not clear, comprehensive evaluation way to evaluate students’ physical fitness.American students physique measurement and evaluation are mostly healthy guidance of fitness evaluation, mainly to assess obesity levels and students’ endurance, strength, endurance level.
