Since the1990s, college celebration activities are gradually popular; many universities hold a celebration in one hundred years, fifty years or even10years, make the college anniversary as a kind of tide. For example, in recent years some famous universities hold anniversary with academic anniversary celebration, cultural anniversary celebration, and public anniversary celebration as the theme, in order to continuously meet the requirement of campus cultural activities.And through holding various campus cultural activities, it brings the school’s teachers and students and alumni an academic and cultural feast.In contrast with the anniversary of the prosperity, the current research on anniversary is extremely weak, the case studies are rare. Given this, the paper firstly collects and collates the information about the university anniversary celebration and the anniversary celebration policy of the development and evolution law. Emerge the university anniversary’s social background and the policy basis. Then use3universities110anniversary in Nanjing as a case, investigate the development of campus cultural activities during the centennial state. According to600self-made questionnaire surveys,8.42%of respondents to the evaluation of campus cultural activities are "very satisfied",60.39%of respondents are "satisfied". Centennial campus cultural activities during the duration last long and contain a variety of colorful activities such as centennial logo activities, history activities, anniversary celebration, celebration party and student campus cultural activities, etc. So the students increase the sense of belonging and pride to his Alma mater, expand the field of knowledge vision, they feel the results are truly spectacular. Of course, through the survey and interviews of6students also found that3universities of celebration exist varying degrees of problems, such as anniversary propaganda is insufficient, the content and the form of campus cultural activities lack of creative and the students’participation is low, anniversary celebration and the celebration party location choice is not reasonable.etc.In order to further understand the development of the staff activities during the anniversary, the author also interviewed6people including the anniversary organizers and staffs of the3universities. Three universities during the anniversary specially organized the style of the staff activities, each school also held corresponding activities, such as the exhibition of painting and calligraphy, photography exhibition, academic activities, entertainment etc. Most of the staffs through the celebration site focus on celebration activities. The staffs who participated in the celebration activities gave a positive evaluation, but also because of various subjective and objective reasons; a lot of staffs didn’t attend the celebration activities. Overall, the number of staff activities and categories is relatively small, celebration activities publicity failed to arouse the enthusiasm of most of the staffs to participate in activities.Through the comparison and analysis of the three school celebration activities, in order to perfect the university anniversary celebration activities firstly should understand China’s university correctly. Secondly do the school-wide activities such as anniversary identification activities, history activities, anniversary celebration and the celebration party well; Once again create a variety of types of staff activities; finally, create the rich campus cultural activities. Innovating the campus culture activities’ content and form, arousing the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in the celebration activities, and unifying alumni by anniversary are the direction of the university anniversary.
