Research On The Status Quo Of The Construction Of National Sports Colleges And Universities Swimming Team

The construction of sports teams in Colleges and universities is an important part of the construction of high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities in China.It is also the need of the reform of the "national system" of competitive sports in China,and undertakes the important task of training competitive sports talents in Colleges and universities.After more than 30 years of exploration and development,the construction of sports teams in sports colleges and universities has achieved initial results.The athletes trained independently have appeared in domestic and foreign large-scale first-class competitions many times and achieved excellent results.Competitive swimming is the basic event in the Olympic Games.The development of competitive swimming in Colleges and universities has played a role in promoting the development of swimming in China.In this context,it is necessary to conduct in-depth and systematic investigation and Research on the current situation of the construction of swimming team in sports colleges and universities,summarize its successful experience and analyze its existing difficulties.In order to provide a certain reference for the construction and further development of swimming teams in sports colleges and universities..By using the methods of interview,documentation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and field investigation,this paper takes the current situation of swimming team construction in Beijing Sports University,Shanghai Sports College,Shenyang Sports College,Wuhan Sports College,Chengdu Sports College,Guangzhou Sports College and Capital Sports College as the research object,and through the analysis of coaches and athletes of swimming team construction in various sports colleges and universities.Through investigation and interview,the research concludes that:(1)The construction of swimming team in national sports institutes has achieved initial results;(2)The basic experience of the development of the team is a team of coaches with comprehensive abilities,a well-equipped venue,a pluralistic competition system in the school and a gradual and systematic training plan.;(3)The single source of funds and the imperfect medical security system for scientific research are the difficulties that hinder the development of delegates.;In view of the difficulties existing in the construction of sports colleges and universities,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Suggestions are made for the delegates to find social resources and broaden funding channels in light of their own conditions;(2)It is suggested that each delegation should set up a scientific research service team and build a medical security system for the delegation.
