Research On Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities Based On Humanistic Consciousness

The ideological and political education is the lifeblood of CPC.It is the securityof college and all other work.Ideological and political education must adhere to thepeople-oriented. There are the psychology of Maslow ’s self-actualization, Rogers’self-personality psychology and psychology of the existence of Rollo which isimportant implications to the ideological and political education of Universities.Defining the nature and mission of today’s ideological and political education ofconduct shows that ideological and political education of personnel training and thewhole effect is no doubt the development of higher education. However, because ofthe concept of ideological and political education lag, traditional methods ofideological and political education, ideological and political education lack ofhierarchy, which lead to the lack of awareness of people, such as educators whopresent consciousness, lack of the human consciousness at educational process andthe overall effect of education is less than expected. Ideological and politicaleducation still faces serious challenges.The concept of learning, teachers and teaching organizational of humanconsciousness is the inner meaning of the ideological and political education, whichrequires that formal methods of ideological and political education reflects theconsciousness of people and it makes people-oriented ideological and politicaleducation throughout the whole process, as well as permeating the whole content ofthe ideological and political education.It evaluates the performance of ideological andpolitical education with the consciousness of people.
