Since Xi Jin Ping, the general secretary of the CPC central committee leading the new central collective leadership to visit the national museum of China "the road to revival" exhibition pointed out the "China dream" which realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Debate about the "China dream" appears in the various fields of Chinese society. Everyone is thinking of the relationship of "Chinese dream" and themselves.in the "May4th" speech over the past year,Xi Jin Ping, the general secretary of the CPC central committee pointed out that, the youth, having ideal, having to bear, the country is promising, the national has hope, and realizes the goal of our development there is a steady stream of power. This speech caused the education system a renewed attention to youth social responsibility education, and has always been about social responsibility education of youth is the value of ideological and political education. College students’ group in this special group of youth is the most concern. In the face of contemporary college students’ social responsibility consciousness and the present situation of ideological and political education validity weaken, the author tries to form the perspective of education on college students’ social responsibility, enhance and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education for a series of rational thinking. In this paper, we study the splitting of nurturance education on college students’ social responsibility, through the rational analysis and constructive thinking of the nurturance education method and the traditional methods of ideological and political education differences and relations, based on the mechanism of social responsibility required in-depth analysis, then find the connection point between the enhancing social responsibility and nurturance education, establish the possibility of setting up the thesis, and make a further elaboration to the route choice of nurturance education about college students’ social responsibility. This article is divided into six parts:The first chapter:the introduction, introduce origin and related research status of the paper.The second chapter:explain and analyze the connotation of Social responsibility and nurturance education, define the nurturance education of social responsibility, lay the foundation for subsequent research.The third chapter:Further explain the theoretical basis and practical significance of nurturance education about college students’ social responsibility. Marxist human nature theory, the practice of Marxism epistemology, and the dialectical relationship theory of freedom and responsibility provide theoretical basis for nurturance education about college students’ social responsibility. The times call of "Chinese dream", the value of ideological and political education itself,the college students’ group characteristics and the need to grow up to become a useful person, these Constitute the realistic significance of nurturance education about college students’ social responsibility.The fourth chapter:make the induction and collation for the problem representation of college students’ social responsibility, trace the problem origin, and analyze the influence factors. Analyzes the present situation of college students’ social responsibility, Sum up three main problem representations:the social responsibility consciousness is weak, the value orientation tends to individualism, social responsibility practice force is not enough and tends to be utilitarian. Explore the influencing factors of college students’ sense of social responsibility to develop from the external environment. First expound the opportunities brought about by the environment, then analyze the challenges in the environment, highlight the problems in the field of education is that of utilitarian education environment, lack of attention to nurturance education of social responsibility.The fifth chapter:explore ways for the fourth chapter’s problems, first, to explain the mechanism of social responsibility to develop, which are inner psychological mechanism and external promoting collaboration mechanisms of family, school and society Then,sum up a few basic principles that must be followed for nurturance education about college students’ social responsibility, both set norms and provide space for the educational innovation path analysis. Finally, respectively, starting from the self-education, school education, family education and social mechanisms, conducted a more comprehensive ways analysis for nurturance education about college students’ social responsibility.
