With the development of the CPIK project, the Chinese teaching begin to spread in primary and secondary schools of Jeollanam-do province in Korea. According to the authors’experience of Chinese teaching in South Korea, with the survey statistics of Korean High school and Middle school students, Korean Chinese teachers and Chinese volunteer teachers, we concluded that the Chinese teaching was in the early stage of primary and secondary schools in Jeollanam-do province. This paper will show the basic situation of the Chinese vocabulary teaching in the early stage of primary and secondary schools teaching Chinese vocabulary, from the Chinese teaching conditions of primary and middle school in Jeollanam-do province in Korea, analysis the vocabularies of the Chinese teaching materials and the specific use of Chinese vocabulary teaching techniques.In order to analysis the current problems in Chinese vocabulary teaching, to explore the effective strategies Chinese vocabulary teaching, to provide some valuable reference to Chinese vocabulary teaching of the primary and secondary schools in Korea.
