As Shanghai "The Second Curriculum Reform" standard issued, high school ideology and politics course, as an important part of basic education will have a new changes. And meanwhile,"Flipped Class Model" is gradually into the domestic educators."Flipped Class Model" rebuilds the learning process, lets the students into the center of the learning and the teachers into the facilitator and guide. So, compared with the traditional teaching,"Flipped Class Model" is more in line with the ideas and requirements of "The Second Curriculum Reform". Though "Flipped Class Model" has became a hot topic in the field of education in North America, it has little attention in our country. Indeed, it has encountered lots of obstacles and little success in the actual operation process. According to the theory of modern education and the national curriculum standard and the theory and implementation of "Flipped Class Model" at home and abroad, the paper do the research of how to implement "Flipped Class Model" at home. The purpose of the paper is to overcome obstacles of "Flipped Class Model" at home and provide some references for teaching practitioners.The paper is divided into three parts. First of all, on the basis of the reflection on the traditional ideological and political teaching, the paper makes the research of the effect of "Flipped Class Model" from theoretical aspect. Second, the paper discusses how to design "Flipped Class Model". It divides the process into five stages, determines the teaching objective, teaching content, determine the important and difficult point of teaching, making teaching materials and design the teaching activities. Indeed, it instructs the key points and steps of each stage in detail. Finally, through the teaching practices and multiple teaching cases, it gives a preliminary demonstration of the teaching of "Flipped Class Model". In fact,"Flipped Class Model" is not only cultivates the students’ability of self-learning, cooperation, it also increases the interaction in the classroom. And it can lay a good foundation for the students’ comprehensive development.
