Basketball match the level of anxiety is closely related to the results of the competition, often appear athletes because of too high or too low of anxiety level before, lead to disorders play a game. Pre-match anxiety level too high or too low will affect the individual’s game play, appropriate anxiety level to make the team has a good performance in the game., middle school students in a fierce and turbulent times, due to the limitations of their cognitive and the accumulation of experience, feelings of self-regulation ability is limited, in case of inability to achieve or to overcome the threat of susceptible to emotional fluctuations, nervous, restless mood, namely the state of anxiety. Since most middle school students is in the junior middle school stage really began to contact with basketball, and basketball level are all in a relatively average level, so the game’s impact on the psychological quality is stable is very important.This study selected to participate in the Shanghai huangpu district student sports league men’s basketball ChuZhongZu48of the four players, choose marten, compiled by the competition state anxiety questionnaire (CSAI-2) and Ye Ping compiled by the sport cognitive trait anxiety inventory (CCTAI-J) to measure and study the anxiety of junior high school basketball players.The results showed that:(1) the junior middle school stage team in previous years, the stand or fall of the anxiety level and confidence even after the game players. Usual games before the final result depends on the team than on the team player’s anxiety was only slightly lower, self-confidence is slightly higher than the latter. Past performance good team players in a certain psychological superiority; Confident players and teams, after entering the game can quickly enter the state, play a better level.(2) the terms for the junior middle school stage training have an effect on the player’s anxiety level, training period long player cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety degree is slightly lower than shorter training period, self-confidence, on the other hand slightly higher than the latter. Long-term system basic basketball training can make the junior middle school students have a more stable state of mind, in the game with confidence can also gradually increase.(3) the junior middle school stage older than the younger players in the cognitive and somatic anxiety significantly slightly tall, self-confidence is obviously on the low side. Culture level of high and low influence on players’cognitive ability, the seniors more than junior student accepted the education of idea about the official competition more, the higher the degree of anxiety.(4) the stand or fall of junior middle school stage culture result to a certain extent, also affect the state of anxiety in the player. The most outstanding players performed at a lower level than the significantly lower in cognitive and somatic anxiety, confidence is high. Cultural achievement of cognitive ability affects the players, good reading ability of students was stronger than students with poor grades, and poor performance of the student to utilize the skills and tactics ability is not strong, encounter difficulties, random strain ability is not strong, it’s easy to have a high anxiety.(5) the influence factors of anxiety in the junior high school basketball players include:team history, training time, age, cultural achievements and students’personality traits and so on.
