Technology changes rapidly and pours into education field, learners havechanged, teachers’ ideas, methods and strategies faces in transition. However,According to the author’s personal observation and practice that, teaching mode andteaching strategies under the techni’cal support havent made big changes, traditionalteaching strategies have been unable to satisfy and suit one-to-one digital learning.For this purpose, researchers are necessary to redesign teaching strategies suitable forone-to-one digital learning environment.From the perspective of TPACK, this paper aims to analyze the high qualityvideo case, and then trying to build the teaching strategy design model of one-to-onedigital learning environment and concrete teaching strategy rfamework. Next, putsome strategies into practice, to verify the validity and practicability of the model.The dissertation is divided into sixchapters:Chapter One: Preface. Introducing, analyzing and summarizing the researchbackground, research questions, research methods, describing the significance of thestudy., and at last defining the relevant concepts,Chapter Two: Summary and Theoretical Basis. Summarizing the current researchsituation of one-to-one digital learning and instructional strategies at home and abroad,and elaborating the relationship between TPACK theory and one-to-one digitallearning.Chapter Three: Case Analysis. Analyse one-to-one digital learning video casewhich is high-quality and typical from domestic and international, then uses contentanalysis to conclude teaching process of one-to-one digital learning, and summarizethe teaching strategy and technical support in the case.Chapter Four: On the basis of case analysis, this article aims to build the teachingstrategy design model of one-to-one digital learning environment and concreteteaching strategy framework.Chapter Five: Practical Research. This chapter aims to put the teaching strategiesof the Model into practice for verification, and then research the practical value andpopularization significance.Chapter Six; The dissertation ends in Part Six with conclusions, contributions,insufficiencies and some comments on fxiture researches.
