With the development of economy and technology, people’s life and work has undergone profound changes. Education, as a measure of social progress indicator, has also changed enormously with the advent of the information age. Under the age of information, thanks to the development of the education technology and equipment, the educational environment of teachers have been changing greatly. Meanwhile, the new educational environment and ideals put forward higher requirements to teacher’s teaching ability, especially in the age of information. The students’ way of learning has changed during the one-to-one digital teaching. The role of teacher has been changed with the gradually acceptance of the self-learning and individuation learning by the students, a new student-centered, teacher-leading teaching methods are being formed.Under the new concept, for instance, flipped classroom teaching, micro lessons, MOOC etc., teacher’s teaching methods are proposed more and more in the attempt researches. The Future Classroom, Wisdom school etc. new professional words occur, it is not just a concept, is also the demand of higher teaching ability. Therefore, in face of one-to-one digital teaching, teacher’s teaching ability is not only reflected in the teaching contents and methods, but also reflected in the ability of using the educational technology during teaching.In order to improving the level of primary and secondary school teachers educational technology using capabilities, promoting teacher’s professional ability, through analyzing of "Educational Technology Competency Standards for School Teachers(Trial)", combined with the professional ability of teachers to emphasize the influence and promotion of using educational technology.This paper is focus on elaborate of analyzing the teacher’s teaching methods and application of the educational technology, summarizing the obstruction and influence factors of teacher’s teaching ability, exploring of the solutions to solve and through action research to observe the teacher’s teaching ability change and improvement. This paper is divided into six chapters to discourse, the theory will demonstrated in the policy and practice repeatedly.The first chapter elaborates human life changes the technology has brought to us under the age of the information. The technology affects not only life and work, but the people’s way of thinking. Student’s acquisition of knowledge not limited to teacher’s teaching, there are various ways to acquire knowledge, this is a challenge to teachers. Thus, the demand of teaching ability will be higher and higher in the oneon-one digital teaching.The second chapter is mainly researches of the one-to-one digital teaching environment, with combining of the rapid development of the internal in recent years, summarizing the problems during teaching, and combined with TPACK theoretical framework for analyzing the cause of the problem, as well as systematically record teacher’s teaching ability in this new era, laying the foundation of analysis and practice in the below context.The third chapter analyzes the domestic one-to-one digital environment teaching cases, in using of the content analysis method to analyzing teacher’s application of technology teaching characteristics and type, to summarize teacher’s application ability of the platform and technology.Chapter IV is on the basis of the chapter three, summarizing the teaching ability development influence factors in the new technology, new media and new environmental. In the process of subjective and objective analysis, summed up the problems solving strategies from teacher’s initiative analyzed and proposes the corresponding solutions.Chapter V is the solving strategies and programs of Chapter IV, emphasize the development of teachers’ ability and carry out series of trainings for the teachers, from information-based instructional design to teaching methods design. To observing develop and changes of teachers through three rounds implementation. To testing teachers from questionnaires, interviews, classroom observation and other aspects of develop and change.Chapter VI is summarizes of this paper, from the research innovation, and process insufficient occur research, and future prospects were summarized.
