Raising questions, as a way of knowledge exploring, is a kind of learning ability for high school students. However, questions raised by students and questions raising ability training are ignored while teachers’lecturing and asking occupy the class nowadays. In this paper, questions raising measure applied in first round review of Chemistry Lesson for Grade3students in high school is discussed, that is, in experiment class, require students to raise questions previously, teachers design and carry out teaching based on questions raised by students, meanwhile, stimulate students to raise new questions. Then analyze results of experiment class and control class, and make interview records of students in experiment class. Conclusion as following can be made:(1) In first round review for Grade3students in high school, applying of questions raising measure is contributive to improve students’ test results and development.(2) Level of questions raised has no relationship with students’ test results, low score students can also raise high level questions, while high score students may raise not high level questions. Teachers shall protect enthusiasm of low score students and help them to improve test results. And train high score students to raise high level questions and develop their creativity.(3) Schedule progress will not be delayed during the process of organizing and carrying out teaching based on students’ previous questions, on the contrary, it can assist teacher to better hold key points of class and students" learning status, and to highlight the key points in class.(4) Questions raising by high school students and Chemistry development are mutually depended and developed. Teachers shall demonstrate how to raise questions, and train students to actively raise question and raise high-level questions, then, teaching and learning can promote and enhance each other. In such environment, teachers continuously improve their teaching ability, students develop their own learning level by discovering, raising and answering questions and benefit their personal growing and development.
