Designed and proposed to help teachers organize teaching, manage the process of teaching and handle the atmosphere of class, questioning is always taken as a valid method to organize class teaching, which is the essential composition of classroom activities. As a result, study on class questioning employs great practical significance in class teaching.Study on the class questioning from home and abroad centers on the theoretical level rather than teaching practice. Under the background that new curriculum is implementing, in accordance with the current situation of primary and high schools, it's very important to undertake studies on class questioning, such as designing the difficulties of these questions, the option of questioning objects, the effective control of questioning procedure, and the assessment to the students'response.Under the guidance of advanced theory, applying the form of attending observation and questionnaire survey, and combined with my own teaching experience, this essay carries on investigation and analysis on class questioning of chemistry, leads teachers to seek the validity of class questioning, and explores the implementing strategy of valid questioning in chemistry teaching, arriving at strategies on three aspects. These are strategy of validity on question design, strategy of valid control through questioning, and strategy of valid evaluation on students'responses. What's more, it's specially noted to encourage self-assessment of students and to advocate mutual evaluation between classmates, so that the creativity represented in these unique responses will grow. In the end, it is hoped that valid questioning will be the pursuit of more teachers and this study will provide effective strategies for front-line teachers'class teaching.
