| Curriculum organization based on specific values and goals as the instruction, to discipline knowledge, the contemporary social life experience and the students’ learning experience as the basis, set up the course type, arrange learning areas of each grade and class number per week, choosing and organizing curriculum content, make it produce together and promote the process of maximum cumulative effect of learning. As the superstructure, curriculum organization restricts the course plan, the distribution of the program, the choice of content and organization, will ultimately affect the country as a whole to promote the quality of education. New sustainable development and curriculum view have not only provided us a broad space to research the organization of middle school geography curriculum in our country, but also raised a severe challenge to us. Because of the restriction of researchers’ academic background, professional quality and management system, there exists a phenomenon on the research of middle school geography in our country that we attach great importance to teaching materials and teaching research study instead of the research on curriculum organization. Therefore, it is particularly urgent and serious to research the organization of middle school geography curriculum.Based on the forms of the data query, document analysis, and expert consultation and so on, the thesis firstly defines the concept of curriculum and curriculum organization through, then summarizes the curriculum organization research status at home and abroad in chronological order. The thesis analyzes the theoretical basis of middle school geography curriculum organization and explores curriculum organization’s purpose, standards and methods on the basis of pedagogy, psychology, curriculum theory and geography.The innovation is that the thesis uses theoretical and empirical research combined with examples of different countries, which analyzes the basic form of middle school geography curriculum separately from the curriculum case, curriculum distribution and the organization of the curriculum content. Also, in this paper, the content organization of middle school geography curriculum is divided into five forms, which respectively are regional tissue, geography system tissue, subject tissue, model tissue and concept tissue.This thesis analyzes the evolution of the characteristics of middle school geography curriculum organization and its problem since the founding of our country based on existing organizational forms of international middle school geography curriculum. Besides, the thesis also analyzes the evolution of our nation’s middle school geography curriculum distribution according to the middle school geography curriculum on different stages, and investigates similarities and the differences between the contents of every grades and the number of classes. The thesis divides the middle school geography content organization into different stages, and makes the corresponding evaluation according to the time of the curriculum standard which has issued after the China’s founding. In the end, the thesis raises relevant suggestions in combination with the practical situation of our country. In addition, the thesis provides a useful reference to enrich our nation’s middle school geography material and organize teaching content in a high theoretical level. |
