The period of compulsory English course is important. It can improve the overall quality of the national, the cultivation of innovative ability and cultural ability. It can lay the foundation for the international competitiveness of our country and the international communication ability. Primary English has an important position in the stage of basic education. The goal is to cultivate students’comprehensive language application ability,to realize the all-round development of students. Primary English classes are the main position. Optimization of primary English teaching and learning behaviors n and realization of the effective teaching are the key ways to realize the aim of effective English teaching and learning. Starting from ineffective teaching and learning behaviors and actively seeking solutions can better realize the effective teaching in the classroom. Because ineffective behaviors all starts and ends effective teaching and learning.This paper research on effective teaching ideas and teaching behaviors, ineffective teaching behaviors. Based on the theoretical research, combined with the teaching experiences, I find out the direction and content of the research. This research are from the two aspects of teaching and learning. By using the research methods such as literature, case analysis and classroom observation, this paper deeply researches ineffective teaching and learning behaviors. Combing the class cases, I summary the ineffective behaviors in class. After that, I find correction strategies of ineffective teaching behaviors.The paper has four parts in total.The first part, research on teaching and learning behaviors and effective teaching behaviors at home and abroad.The second part, giving the standards based on the research of effective teaching standards and the paper.The third part, summary of the ineffective behaviors in class.The fourth part, reflection and correction of ineffective behaviors in classes. Correction strategies are proposed according to the specific problems.
