Research On The Quality Demand And Adaptation Of Social Sports Instructors In New Urbanization

At present, China is actively promoting new urbanization construction to achieve resource integrating and sharing between the urban and the rural and widely promoting and communicating the culture, life style and value concept.Mass sports is an important link and index to promote the urbanization development of rural area, it cannot do without high quality social sports instructors.Social sports instructor team set up in reform and opening up in China, is an important force for the masses of scientific fitness service in the national fitness activities.In China, we comprehensively enhance the quality and level of urbanization. At the same time,it is a very important thing to improve the quality of people’s life and health. Social sports instructors,as mass sports organizers, disseminator of scientific fitness, will have certain influence on the process of urbanization construction. So how is the present situation of social sports instructors in China? Whether their comprehensive quality, management ability is adapt to the needs of the new situation? These are worthy of our study.This paper used literature method, questionnaire survey method, field survey method and comparative analysis method. I chose a random sample of300registered (public) social sports instructors in Suzhou city Anhui province as the object of investigation. Through the investigation I found that:in Suzhou city, Anhui province in recent years,the government attached great importance to the cultivation and construction of social sports instructors, the achievement is also good, but the overall structure of Suzhou social sports instructor team is not very reasonable;instructing in practical situation is not very ideal, professional consciousness is not strong, the lack of power; training and orderly but the classification is not specific, the lack of systematic training and management system, lack of sufficient capital support, no extensive publicity and good incentive mechanism.These problems have seriously hindered the rapid development of Suzhou social sports instructors. Accordingly, in this paper Ⅰ puts forward social sports instructors some quality requirements and the development strategy to adapt:1. Strengthen occupation moral education, correct guiding motivation, improve the ideological and psychological quality.2.Standardize the training system, improve training methods and continuously improve the professional quality of instructors.3.Multi-channel support and build a diversity of social sports instructors, optimize its structure and layout.4.Strengthen the balanced development of urban and rural social sports instructor.5.Perfect the management system of social sports instructors and improve the overall level of instructors.6.Bring about evaluation system and incentive mechanism of social sports instructors.7.Governments at all levels should organize and ensure the supply of social sports instructors, make its service equalization.8.Social sports instructors requires collaborative innovation to adapt to the social development.
