"Green Education" normally refers to the environment education, aiming to facilitate environmental protection through education. Most of the current research focuses on the education of environment. However, with the rapid development of economy, the concept of ’"Green Education" should be further expanded. This article has broken previous research models and probed into the practice of "Green Education" in primary and secondary schools in G District of Taizhou City. Based on "Green Education" practices in other schools at home and abroad, this article has summarized the achievements and analyzed problems of the "Green Education" in schools of G Disctrict from3aspects-green education, green administration and green campus. This article tries to find appropriate ways and methods for the development of green education in primary and secondary schools in G District, with the hope of contributing to the popularization of green education in primary and secondary schools all over the country.This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive study on "Green Education", educational content more rich mining. Firstly, the domestic and foreign research related to ""Green Education", green schools and green classroom in primary and middle schools are concluded and summarized, and provide a theoretical basis for the study, proposed contents and methods of this study. Then, this paper defines the concept of "’Green Education", presented the main elements of education from three aspects about green teaching, green management and green campus, presented the understanding and awareness of "Green Education", analysis of the theoretical foundation of "Green Education" in China from four aspects, analysis of the development process and successful practice of "Green Education" in primary and middle schools in China, summing up the experience of foreign countries feature implementation of "Green Education" in middle and primary schools,"Green Education" in G Disctrict enlightenment. Secondly, on the basis of introducing the background and specific measures of primary and secondary schools in G Disctrict "Green Education", analyzed the problems and causes of "Green Education" in G Disctrict from green teaching, green management and green campus three respects. Finally, by drawing on advanced experience of other areas, combined with the actual situation of high port, combine with put around a central, prominent a focus and build a position, put forward the suggestions for the implementation of green education high port from three aspects, that focus on green classroom, green management to build schools, to form a green campus.This paper takes the stand that green education in primary and secondary schools should pay more attention to the spirit of education, focusing on human beings, encouraging every student’s desire of development while keeping their own characteristics. Green education should concern not only about students’academic performance but also about their all-sided development and not only about students’current development but also their best and sustainable development in the future. Through investigation on the case of G District in Taizhou City, it has been found out that the practice of green education in primary and secondary schools of county (district)level in recent years put an emphasis on keeping every school running well and making every child grow up healthily. Although green education has made some achievements, there are several problems-"lacking depth in green education, which results in inadequate illustration of green education concepts","inappropriateness in green administration, not dealing well with the relationship between partial achievements and whole achievements" and "green campus lacking typical characteristics, neglecting the original factors of each school", etc.. Therefore, the paper concludes with three suggestions to promote green education:1. Deepen green education reform by changing teachers’role, dealing with relationship between teachers and students and taking some incentive measures;2. Build up green administration with its focus on students’growth, teachers’development and schools’success;3.Create a green culture-oriented campus by building the school culture of loving and protecting the green environment, increasing the hardware investment, bettering the human-oriented atmosphere, encouraging distinctive club activities and improving the taste of the green campus culture.
