Investigation Report On Current Situation Of Coaches Of Amateur Sports Schools In Linyi City Of Shandong Province

According to the statistics,60%of Chinese elite athletes are from various of amateur sports schools. China won169gold medals in26th Olympic Games, and all of its athletes are from the sports schools. It is observed that amateur sports school plays an important role in the cultivation of sports reserve talents. However, the educational methods of amateur sports school and the construction of coach have been the focus of research.For decades, based on the study of the former Soviet union and founded in amateur sports school as the main body of the amateur training system, for our country made great contributions to the development of competitive sports, is still the main channel to provide excellent athletic talents. But the amateur training system in sports school as the main body also exposed its own defects, the contradiction between culture learning and training for a long time cannot be solved effectively. To resolve this contradiction and recovered and founded the traditional project schools, experimental schools and lots of school system of after school training system, since the80’s, although the scale is developing rapidly, but due to the limited technical force and input, the actual contribution to the competitive sports is not ideal. And, because of the conflict of interest between sports committee and education committee, caused the problems of the contradiction of students sources, training forces decentralize problems, led to the overall low efficiency of amateur training. So we should pay more attention to the reform of amateur training, target adjustment, system innovation and so on.This paper used the methods of documentary, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and other methods to survey3sports schools’ coaches with training programs, training scale, age structure, academic structure, title structure, research status of the coaches, professional counterparts, quality, ability and professional level in Shandong, Linyi, and come the following conclusions:1. The coaches’ structure system reflects the coaches population is too little, the gender differences is large, female coaches are less. It is not conducive to the development of teaching and research, and the rational distribution of coach resources.2. The coaches’ age is generally larger, training experience is rich, and at the same time to response the re-education potential is low, is not conducive to update and improve the education way, relatively rigid decay.3. The coaches’ professional titles present the normal distribution, general distribution is more scientific. Senior titles and undetermined title coaches is relatively small, mainly for the intermediate coaches, junior coaches. Totally intermediate coaches and junior coaches are the main force in the coach.4. The three amateur sports schools coaches’ professional skill levels are different. In track and field, rowing, such as explosive to demand higher grades are generally lower on the project. For skilled relatively strong badminton, table tennis and so on project result is generally higher.5. The amateur schools trained Zhang Mingxia, Cao Changhai, Fu Fangdong, Sun Xinjian, Cai Chao, Wang Ying, Hou Bing and other well-known athletes in recent years. It shows that the coaches have a certain teaching strength. But in the nationwide situation, it is overall weak and it still needs to be strengthened.6. The linyi city amateur school coaches of the scientific research ability is weak, mainly manifested in for scientific research and scientific research, there are pragmatic phenomenon, not to be able to reflect on training with scientific research, scientific research and promote training science training idea.Under the in-depth analysis of problems existing in the construction of coaches in Linyi amateur sports schools, to put forward corresponding countermeasures.
