The current strength training of children’s rhythmic gymnastics amateurtraining content is relatively single. The core strength training into the children’srhythmic gymnastics amateur training, can make the training content diversity,improve the physical control ability of the trainer. Therefore, the application of corestrength training to amateur training of rhythmic gymnastics, cultivation of children’sphysical potential and have a positive impact, has great effect to improve the level ofchildren’s motor skills.This paper uses the literature material law, expert interview method, the contrastexperiment method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods.According to the characteristics of rhythmic gymnastics, subjects to physical andmental characteristics, and expert interview result to determine the content of thetraining and test index. In chengdu children’s amateur training of rhythmic gymnastics20students as experimental object, were randomly divided into experimental groupand the control group10people, has the same special practice, on the basis of theexperimental group for12weeks of core strength training, the control group accordingto the original training methods. Before and after the experiment respectively on twogroups of tested balance ability training, and analyzes the data of the test.The study concluded that:(1) in children’s rhythmic gymnastics amateur trainingto join the core strength, can improve the physical control of the training ability,training for the children’s rhythmic gymnastics after laid the foundation.(2) children’srhythmic gymnastics the arrangement of the core strength training contents should besuitable for physical and mental development characteristics of the object, shouldchoose relatively simple, is advantageous for the practice of training actions; Intraining to adjust load, intermittent attention training, pay attention to in training, bodyposture movement with breathing. drawings to adapt to the particularity of children,the experiment of the load in time and frequency adjustment and static hold time for30seconds, dynamic frequency according to the difficulty for10or20times.(3)children’s rhythmic gymnastics difficulty of balance test indicators should be suitablefor, should choose the test object can do action, conform to the relevant indicators ofthe technical level of the children’s amateur training.(4) core strength training into thechildren’s rhythmic gymnastics amateur training, enrich the content of amateur training,inspired the trainer’s interest in learning, especially the core strength training apparatusare popular with the trainer. After the experiment found that the core strength trainingmore positive impact than the original regular training on balance.
